At WECPM, we understand that strong communities are built through trusted connections. With that in mind, we’re excited to introduce our Renter Referral Program — a new initiative designed to thank our current tenants for helping us welcome reliable, community-minded renters to our properties.
If you know someone searching for a new place to call home, refer them to us. When your referral signs a lease and successfully moves into one of our available properties, you’ll receive a $500 gift card as a thank-you. It’s a simple and rewarding way to help someone you know — and benefit in the process.
How it works
Simply send an email to properties@wecpm.ca with your name, address/unit number, and the contact details of the person you are referring. Once they move in and have been a tenant in good standing for at least one month, we will issue your $500 referral reward.
There is no limit to how many referrals you can make. If you know more than one person who may be a good fit, we encourage you to refer them all.
Please note that referred individuals must be new to WECPM — current or former tenants do not qualify. At this time, the reward is issued to the referring tenant only; however, once the new resident has moved in, they are welcome to participate in the program and refer others as well.
